Sound Healing in the Hills

Mundaring
Join me for a gentle hour of rest and relaxation as we journey through the healing vibrations of sound. Held in the Mundaring Hills, a chance to slow down, reconnect within, and deeply nourish your nervous system.
I’m offering these sound healing sessions to grow and refine my practice. Sound therapy is a powerful way to access deep states of relaxation and inner stillness especially for those who find traditional meditation challenging.
This intimate session is limited in spaces. Everything you need is provided for your comfort – yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, blankets, and eye pillows – so you can simply come as you are and receive.
Tickets are offered on a sliding scale to honor different financial capacities. Your contribution helps me share this with the community. ❤︎
